Report. Windsor Castle. Nov: 4th. 1819.
The King continues in a tranquil state without making complaint of any kind - but never failing to manifest the disease of His mind. His Majesty looks thin undoubtedly, but clear in His complexion - and He eats and sleeps sufficiently. His Majesty slept only four hours, however, last night.
