His Majesty pass'd the last day in a still, and feeble state. He did not eat much dinner, but had sufficient nourishment in the course of the day. We endeavor'd to prevent the recurrence of the tremor by getting His Majesty to bed at five oclock; and but entirely without effect. But tho' He had indeed no tremour, He had a frequency of respiration, which lasted several hours, and indicated some disturbance of the frame. This morning His Majesty breathes in a perfectly natural manner, and seems altogether rather better than yesterday, tho' in a very weak state. His Majesty slept in the night four hours and a half.
