Report Windsor Castle. Nov: 26th. 1819.

The King has slept but one hour since our last report, and His Majesty has taken no animal food - but of vegetables and Rice milk His Majesty has had an ample measure. His Majesty's manner, when He dress'd this morning, was the same which we have observ'd throughout His illness; impatient of assistance, and touchy to the greatest degree. This we are well contented to witness in His Majesty's present state, but we are sorry to remark a feebleness in all His movements, and an obvious decay of power, in comparison with what His Majesty possess'd some months, nay, perhaps, some weeks since.

Henry Halford J. Willis

For His Royal Highness the Prince Regent.
