Report Windsor Castle - Dec. 3. 1819.

The King slept two hours immediately before dinner yesterday, and awoke in a calm and comfortable state - but had no appetite, and ate almost nothing - His Majesty took His Rice milk at five, and then went to bed - since that time, He has slept above nine hours and a half at various periods - His Majesty looks well to day, and this caprice of appetite is all that is remarkable since our last report -
