Report

Windsor Castle. Dec: 18 1819.

The King has pass'd an admirable night - having slept more than nine hours, and is now dressing Himself comfortably.

His Majesty was cheerful throughout yesterday, and whilst at dinner particularly, which He ate in sufficient quantity, discover'd a vivacity and a briskness which was in perfect contrast with that helplessness which we witness'd with so much anxiety lately.
