Report. Windsor Castle. Dec: 23. 1819.

The King has manifested by more remarkable proofs than unclear, if possible, the extraordinary energies of His constitution, in His recovery from the effects of His late exertion in talking to many hours, under a total unclear of rest - for excepting a degree of hoarseness, we remark nothing now different from His Majesty's usual state - His Majesty dined very well yesterday - and has slept since He went to bed, more than ten hours - His Majesty has dress'd Himself well this morning, eaten an excellent breakfast, and discovers a cheerfulness and alacrity of maker, which satisfies us that His food and sleep have refresh'd and restored Him.
