His Majesty pass'd the last day very well. In the night His Majesty slept ten hours and three quarters. His Majesty looks well this morning, and seems to be in a tranquil state. It was observed yesterday for the first time that His Majesty had a rupture. The swelling subsided of itself in the night, but has re-appear'd this morning. Sir David Dundas has seen it, and we hope His Majesty will not object to the application of the usual means for preventing this protrusion of the intestine.
