Sir David Dundas has the honor to inform His Royal Highness The Prince Regent that His Majesty slept during the night Ten hours & three quarters, & looks well in His countenance this Morning. A Tumor was observed in the right groin of His Majesty last night, which Sir David has ascertained to be a Hernia. - He will take such measures, as the circumstance will admit, to prevent its being troublesome to His Majesty.
