Sir, most kind gracious Prince, I have not collected any information respecting the new malady which His Majesty has suffer'd, at present, save that the King did not seem annoy'd by the bandage which Sir David Dundas has contrived, and that His Majesty kept it applied throughout the whole of yesterday until He went to bed - I stated to Sir David, the form of a convenient instrument which your Royal Highness's good sense suggested to me - and it seems that that which He has applied, is attached where His Majesty cannot easily rid Himself of
