Windsor Castle - Dec: 31. 1819.
The King did not get up yesterday until after eleven oclock - but His Majesty arose in very good spirits - and breakfasted and dined with perfect satisfaction to Himself. His Majesty retired again to bed at an early hour and has slept at least ten-hours at various times since He went to bed. Under all the circumstances of His Majesty's present state we are well pleas'd to find His Majesty inclined to pass a good deal of His time in bed.
