To Her late Majesty's Council. Feb: 4. 1819

The King has slept nearly eight hours since our last report, and is now asleep in His chair.

There was nothing to distinguish yesterday from the many late ones which have been remarkable for their tranquillity. His Majesty seems entirely absorbed and occupied in His visionary scenes - and has rarely spoken.
