To Her late Majesty's Council. Feb. 11. 1819

The King has had His usual measure of sleep since our last report - for tho' His Majesty pass'd but two hours and a half in sleep in bed last night. He had slept four hours on the preceding day. His Majesty talks in a placid quiet manner on schemes of building, plans of architecture, makes arrangements for travelling, and so manifests continually His disordered state of mind.
