To Her late Majesty's Council. Feb: 19. 1819.
The King did not sleep yesterday at all - and His Majesty has slept only two hours and, that with an interval, in the night -
His Majesty is calm, however, and well - There was some elevation of voice, and an energy of manner observable frequently yesterday - and a disposition to reproach and objurgate - but His Majesty is silent to day.
