To Her late Majesty's Council
His Majesty was quiet yesterday, and took his meals well. His Majesty's conversation throughout the day was cheerful and good humoured, but always indicative of a disordered mind. His Majesty slept one hour yesterday evening, and four hours during the night. His Majesty is very tranquil this morning
