To Her late Majesty's Council. Feb:25:1819
The King slept two hours and a half yesterday, and three hours uninterruptedly last night.
His Majesty was very tranquil the whole of the last day. He seems more disposed to talk than His Majesty was some time ago - and His conversation always indicates His disorder tho' it sometimes contains anecdotes, probably detail'd correctly whence we infer that His Majesty's faculty of memory is not materially impair'd.
