The King has had ten hours sleep in the course of the last day and night- His Majesty's mind seems fully occupied, and He is more disposed to give utterance to what is passing in it than we have observ'd of late. His Majesty's language and manner all indicate His disorder'd state of mind - but He is good humour'd.
