Report. Windsor Castle March 4th: 1819
The King slept only one hour and a half last night - but His majesty had slept more than four hours in the course of the day.
His Majesty talks in a very quiet mild manner on a variety of subjects, on all of which He mixes so much error with what is reasonable and true that we are never at a loss to find proofs of the malady of His Majesty's mind.
