Report. Windsor Castle March 5th 1819

The King slept from two oclock until a quarter past four this morning. His Majesty did not sleep any part of yesterday - but pass'd the day quietly. His Majesty's conversation was often light and trifling - but sometimes grave however - but always so mix'd up with strange conceits, as to argue the distemper'd state of the mind.
