Report Windsor Castle - March 12. 1819

The King is tranquil in good spirits, and in good bodily health - but His Majesty's subjects of conversation and His manner of discoursing argue incessantly His diseas'd state of the mind. His Majesty slept more than two hours yesterday, and nearly six hours last night.
