Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty was tranquil throughout yesterday -- His Majesty talked upon the usual subjects with cheerfulness, but without any undue earnestness of manner -- His Majesty ate His meals with appetite, slept five hours and three quarters in the course of the day, and two hours and a half last night. This morning His Majesty is in the same comfortable state as yesterday
