Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty was tranquil throughout yesterday -- His Majesty talked upon the usual subjects without any excitement, and ate his meals with appetite - His Majesty slept two hours and a quarter in the Forenoon of yesterday, and had the same measure of sleep last night - This morning His Majesty is quiet, and has lately fallen asleep in His chair.
