Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent, that His Majesty pass'd yesterday in tranquillity and comfort -- His Majesty ate His meals with appetite, and talked on the usual subjects with cheerfulness, but without excitement -- His Majesty slept three hours and an half in the course of yesterday, and two hours last night -- This morning His Majesty is tranquill, and looks well in His countenance ---
