The State of his Majesty's health at the Time of this our Meeting is not such, as to enable his Majesty to resume the Exercise of his Royal Functions. His Majesty's mental Health is as much disordered, as it has been at any period of his Indisposition. His Majesty's bodily health continues to be very good. As his Majesty's recovery is not impossible, his Majesty's Physicians, for that Reason only, do not represent that they absolutely despair of it: but none of his Majesty's Physicians expect that his Majesty will recover.
