Report - Windsor Castle April 9th 1819.

The King slept seven hours and a half last night, and arose and dress'd cheerfully and well this morning. His Majesty pass'd yesterday under His usual delusions- and is now planning concerts, and making arrangements, altogether unconscious of His unhappy state.
