The King slept four hours and a quarter last night, having pass'd a very tranquil long day without sleep. His Majesty makes no complaint, and seems contented and not unhappy, for His malady furnishes Him with imagery of every description and variety, and in such constant occupation and amusement, His day does not pass tediously.
