Report. Windsor Castle. June 25. 1819.
His Majesty slept eight hours last night, and is still inclined to sleep in His chair. But His Majesty has been very cheerful, and looks reasonably well. His manner was animated some times yesterday, but this was infinitely less unlike His Majesty's healthy demeanour than the matter of His discourse, which was more extravagant than ever, if possible.
