Report. WIndsor Castle. August 19th 1819.

The King slept more than seven hours last night with one very short interruption - His Majesty is cheerful and looks well - His conversation is directed to Persons long since dead as tho' they were present and about Him - and is altogether wild and eccentri - but the manner very gentle.
