Report. Windsor Castle. Sept: 2. 1819.

The King slept only two hours and a half last night, and His Majesty slept only half an hour yesterday. But there is no observable irritation in His Majesty, no apparent cause of wakefulness, and, happily, no ill consequence of it whatever, for His Majesty is as cheerful as usual, and looks clear and well to day.
