Report. Windsor Castle. Sept: 16. 1819.

The King seem'd very heavy and inclined to sleep throughout the whole of yesterday talking but little - that little however in good humour, and in His Majesty's most easy manner. His Majesty ate no animal food, but dined well on pudding and pastry. His Majesty slept five hours uninterruptedly last night, and makes no complaint today.

Henry Halford Rob Willis

For His Royal Highness the Prince Regent.
