Report - Windsor Castle - July 3rd. 1819

The King manifests the same malady of His mind in the same degree with which it has prevail'd now so long.

His Majesty's bodily health is in all respects perfectly good, and He is contented and apparently happy.

His Majesty slept from midnight until five oclock this morning, and is in good spirits to day.
