This is not to extort an answer from yourself but to express how deeply I put your every great kindness on thinking of my Sister and myself at this moment of your time unclear and distress--I have been attended for as many years to tell yourself and and Dear lady Aran in the trust hands of friendship that I cannot hear of anything which concerns either of you without taking a great interest in it and especially where it at this time regards underline Her /underline approaching unclear.
