My Sister as usual in this Country has done me a great deal of good for I really could not recover my spirits at all and the heat of the Weather always makes me so very unclear that unless I take my regular Exercise I feel very poorly but manage to get a walk early or late every day -- I just mention this as you are very kind to me.
