Her Grace to whom I have just mentioned that I am sending to you desires her Affectionate regards to the little unclear. We often talk over your constant steady friendship to us both I hope all your Houses (Villa's I mean) are getting on well, and that your Neighbours are all well. Is Mr Hennings still alive? Do the trade behave better to him? Is Mrs Long with you?, and are the Nunstons at their beautifull place?? Is pretty Miss Hasler still unmarried and has Mr Green got into his new House? My Sister as usual in this Country has done me a great deal of good for I really could not recover my spirits at all and the heat of the Weather always makes me so very .... that unless I take my regular ...... I feel very poorly but manage to get a walk early or late every day -- I just mention this as you are very kind to me. I have not forgotten Cpt & Mrs Bunton nor Mr Eadle nor Mr Raikes nor yet the lovely singing at the Great Church at Bognor. nor most of all the happy times I spent with Dear lord and Lady Arran at their Perfect place. I trust next year She is well you will allow me to repeat my Visit to you which will delight both Sophy Wynyard & myself as much God bless you both. Ever your Affectionate friend Augusta
