It is a pleasure to see Her underline constant /underline Good humour and cheerfullness under such underline constant /underline inconvenience for She never is free from underline that /underline odious complaint though at times it is not so severe. She is always employed in working, reading, drawing or writing --so that the underline time /underline unclear in illness does not appear to weigh on Her Mind --.
