I am too happy to be able to thank you myself for your most affectionate unclear I have indeed to express how sincerely I feel your kindness to myself, so strongly marked on every Occasion. I am thank God a great deal better -- but have suffered very Severely from a number of what I thought trifling Colds which I neglected and at last had a very Sharp Attack of Inflammation on the underline Wind pipe /underline - So much so as to have a blister on each side of my throat - and then in consequence of irritation one on my Chest - so that till then
