This Evening The King went up stairs to The Queen's Apartment - As He went though the Anterooms He saw Sir Philip Hales, Dr. Gisborne - Mr Dundas & myself - I thought He seemd more hurried than when I saw Him in the Morning - He called Mr Dundas Daavid, & told Him He was still the Knave of Hearts - To Dr. Gisborne He spoke in a particular tone of Voice, imitating the Doctors Voice - These must be called underline Shades, /underline however his general conversation was good --- It is too much to Expect, that all will subside at once where there has been so much wrong throughout a very lengthend Illness -- The Tail of the Cloud sprinkles, underline thin /underline but underline long /underline after the Storm has passed, & when it is seen, but in the distance --
