Doctor Warren also told Me at this time, That The Chancellor had order'd, that an Immediate change should take place at Kew in the Medical Attendance, & which was now to be as follows.

That The Four Surgeons, hitherto in regular Attendance here, should take their leave & wait no more. & by Dr. Warrens desire, I wrote to Each of these, to convey to Them this Information.

The Three Physicians viz --- Dr Reynolds, Sir Lucas Pepys, & Dr. Gisborne who had hitherto attended in their Turns, were now to attend no more underline at Night /underline, but one of Them in their turn was to come Every morning, either with Dr. Warren, or Sir George Baker, to Enquire after the state of His Majesty's health, & that they were to see The King, underline without Doctor Willis's being present. /underline

This regulation respecting The Physicians was to remain in force until Tuesday next, after which the three above mentioned Physicians were to take their final leave, & on the next day ^addition a Wednesday /addition Doctor Warren is to come alone, & see The King -- Sir George Baker
