         In these Arrangements H.M. has talked much of Me --

He has ordered how I shall be dressed, & where stationed in My next Watch -- I am ordered to be in the room adjoining his own Apartment, to be dressed in a plain Coat, & to be very neat -- He has asked for the master Key of the Queen's Lodge, & He battles hard, & very often, to prevail in having it deliver'd to Him -- This had been previously obviated by its having been delivered into The Duke of Yorks hands, & sealed with his own Seal in our presence --- underline Monday Novr. 17th. /underline About six hours sleep have been obtained at intervals during the last night, but during this day the same inconsistent conversations have continued - H.M. bathed again this day - He fell asleep at 10 oClock this Night, but awake again at ½ after 11 Afterwards He lay composed & fell asleep again at one, & slept four hours. At waking the same inconsistent conversations continued as before, but his manner was placid & composed, tho' in respect of any amendment in the material System, sorry I am to own, that I perceive none for some days past. -- This night Sir Lucas Pepys arrived -- Pulse underline 80 & 84 /underline - underline Tuesday Novr. 18th /underline Sir Lucas Pepys was introduced to H.M. this Morning, & by a well managed arrangement
