This Morning at Breakfast we saw Dr Gisborne. at 11 I saw Mr Thomas Willis, at 12. the Kg went to St James, & myself & 3 Princesses returned to Windsor where we arrived by 3. I found the younger Princesses very well. by 4 Ldy Elgin & Ldy Charlotte Bruce & Ldy Caroline Waldegrave arrived & we went to Dinner. after
