note 16 /note horse back we ldies staied at home till 12. then walked all upon the Esplanade. met ldy Chesterfield, & ldy Harriet Stanhope, ldy Powlet Lrd Hinton, little George Powlet, & ldys Sophia & Mary Plowlet, Mr & Mrs Weld with 5 Sons & two Daughters from Lullworth, The Marchioness of Buckingham. & Her Daughter & Youngest Son. we came in by one, I dressed & then read till 4 when we Dined. after Coffe I went into my room & read till ¼ after 6 when we walked upon the Esplanade, & met deletion besides /deletion those again we addition saw in /addition the Morning. deletion Lrd Powlet, His /deletion & besides them Lrd Powlet & His 3d Son, Mr Nugent ldy Buckinghams Aunt, Lrd Temple, The Abbé St Martin & Malherbe, Mrs Ligger Her Eldest Son & Daughter, Lrd Rivers, & Captain d'Auvergne of the Navy, we came in by 23 minutes past 8. Ldy Ches- Dowager ldy Tracey.
