to Ferry over to the Isld of Portld. Lrds Chesterfield & Walsingham & Ldy Powlett were of Our Party The Kg was received by the Inhabitants at the Village of Chezel with Music playing we saw the Church at Easton which is very pretty but wants repairing. we then went all round the Isld, saw the Old & New Lighthouses, the latter of which is 75. Feet High just built then we returned to Chizel & Dined at the Portland Arms where we found Lrd Clermont & Mr Price. About 4 we went into the Southampton Barge to row home, & the P. W. Ernest, Lrds Walsingham & Clermont went on Board the Minautaur Admiral Macbride. We came home by ½ past 5. Dressed, then went down stairs & worked at 8 Ldy Powlet came, soon after the P.W. & Ernest
