The Duke of Lancaster & the Earl of Cambridge his two Uncles unclear the government of affairs into their till the parliament should unclear & name the Regents. They are greatly found fault with for their negligence in not preparing for addition unclear /addition unclear with France had been expunclear for about six months. They are also blam'd for not punclear the coast in a state of defence. But nobody considerd that there must be money to do all this.
