London Novbr 7th; 1765

May it please your Royal Highness,

upon recollection of a part of the Letter, I had the honour of writing to your R: H: yesterday, possibly I have not been explicit enough, and there is, in regard to the Effects and Estates which His R: H: has left and that all Debts and Legal demands must be paid out of them. But in case there is not sufficient to pay such demands the administrator is not upon any account liable to pay more than the Effects and Estates will answer upon examination of them. The administration being unclear, is answerable in case of a Surplus, to all deletion the /deletion the Relations who have any claim by Blood, to thier share of such surplus, and the distribution - must be made. As your R: H: did me the honour to ask my advice, I gave it most sincerely
