4o. Civil List Lottery Fund 1713. by ye. 12th. Q.A. Cap. II. Sec. 1st upon a recital of certain debts contracted on ye. Civil List, Hert M. is enabl'd to set apart by Letters patent £35,000. pr. an. out of ye. Here y. & Tempy. Excise for 32. years to pay Annuities to be purchas'd by ye. Contributors of £500,000. for ye. payment of yt. debt.

Co. having purchas'd a quantity of these Annuities correspondent to deletion 464,999 /deletion addition £464,990 /addition : for which they were entitl'd to a perpetual Annuity in terms of ye. said Act; ye. present reduc'd State of yt.
