The Victory of the Boyne that decided the fate of Ireland open'd this Session with great lustre, not but what those that had oppos'd this last Expedition of His Majesty found many pretences to complain of the administration in His absence, while the advisers of the measure triumph'd in the Success attending it; both partys were equaly indefatigable in blakening each other by means of the press, as the French had been Victorious at Sea, one party
