When the resolution of the Irish forfeiture came into the House it was found necessary to bring in a Bill to attaint the Rebels, & to confiscate their Estates that the produce might be apply'd to the charges of the War;

Hambden was of the Committee to whom the Bill was referr'd, Sommers was not, by which means it is very hard to pronounce whether the majority was Whigs or Torys.

It was order'd to be brought in Oct. 27th.
