& 10. of 60. to be added to the estimate already Voted, which seem'd to infer this was to be a new Supply, & yet when the additional Excise was Voted it was declar'd to be for raising the remainder of the Supplys stated at the precise sum already granted, & this last addition for the Ships was to be rais'd out of the additional Excise, & the duplication of the Said duty.
The same day the Commissioners of Excise were directed to lay before the House the net produce of these additional Dutys.
