Dear Sir,

In answer to Yours No: 21 and its' usual enclosures I am to observe I return the proper papers signed and truly rejoice I shall see you so soon: I had always been afraid nothing would be done this season either to the laundry or the stables: but I trust and believe all will be completed next spring: I make no doubt the Dutchess and my daughters as well as myself will find Bushy in perfect order and that except the natural regret of leaving her mother and sister the Dutchess will be
