Dear Sir,

I might have heard from you this morning: but no English letters are arrived. However as I was prevented by a press of business from writing you by the last post I now take up my pen to state that by letters I had last Sunday from Colonel Stephenson and Mr: Barton my apartments at St. James's are at length begun upon and of course the wine and the furniture belonging to me have been removed to Bushy. Mrs: Oak knows in which rooms the beds and the rest of the furniture are to be placed. I understand
