Sir

The King indulges Himself in the same imaginary scenery, and passes His hours in tranquillity without excitement or care. His Majesty slept half an hour only yesterday, and not more than two hours and a half in the night - but He is now asleep in His chair and His countenance bears all the appearance of perfectly good bodily health.

I am, Sir, most respectfully your Royal Highness' faithful Servant

Henry Halford

Windsor Castle
